About Angela

I’m Angela Navarette. Born and raised in west Texas.
I’m a mother of three, housewife, and happily married to a great guy who encourages me to be all I want. I try pushing myself to do things just to see if I can do them, and sometimes because someone told me I couldn’t.

I spent the majority of my working career as a technical writer until I decided to stay home and raise my babies. I’m very handy, enjoy carpentry, and maintaining my family’s home. I started this blog primarily as a journal for myself and then began focusing on my photography. Once in a while I will post musings on my life and various DIY projects that I enjoy doing around the house.

My love of photography stems from the creative side of me which I get from Dad’s side. Granddaddy was an artist and a photographer and so was my dad. I love to have fun and I am most content when I bring smiles to people’s faces and the images I capture bring them joy. It’s a great feeling! My photography skills were earned through reading, researching and practicing on nature, landscapes, and my children. The time I’ve spent with my cameras has blown into a full-grown passion. Prior to launching a photography business I had lots of friends and family requests for portraits. So here I am just doing it!

Specializing in family, portrait, and senior photography,I am an on-location photographer that uses natural light to capture your true natural spirit. We’ll laugh, have a good time, and be adventurous together to create images that will make you shine and bring joy to your heart. Please take a look at the way I see life through my lens and contact me. I would love to capture YOU!
